It's nice to be reminded of the 'good food' that we already know of and to be educated of the specific benefits that we get from these snacks.

I am thrilled that it appears so easy to fight aging, cancer, and heart disease. Now explain to me how a person with an average income and a household to run can afford these things? We pinch just to put food on the table, so we certainly can't afford to spend $5 for some fruit. Have you actually looked at the prices of fresh (or even dried) fruit lately? It's prohibitive.

Can any of those nuts be eaten raw (not roasted)? Are they roasted just to improve taste?

I love apples, and berries. I wonder though, do nuts like cashews, peanuts or walnuts have the same healthy effects as the nuts listed here?

That handful of berries looks delicious. What they DON'T bother to tell you is that rasberries will stain your teeth and make you look like a loser.

This guy says things with no scientific basis. He claims that "Blueberries are your best pick...(they) shield brain cells from damage , helping to slow down the age-related onset of memory loss, Alzheimer's, and senility." That is totally unproven and likely false.
