It's funny I saw this article this morning. My body has been craving blueberries and different types of fruit then I normally eat. My body seems to crave the things it needs. When I need iron, I crave liver. I guess I just need to continue to listen to my body's cravings. Thanks

I have always loved blueberries and at times I been known to eat a pint a day. Now that I live in Florida they are very expensive, but I try and eat them as much as possible. All fruit is great for you. Maybe that is why I never get sick, try for the last 20 years!!
