    I agree, and most of all take the time to ENJOY your vacation and give yourself a full day or even two days to relax in your home before returning to the grind, it allows you the time to reflect on your vacation and prepare yourself for what will most likely be a busy schedule ahead.

    HELLO, Please STOP using the term "Everyone" will be "going on vacation", as so many other JERKS use in journalism. There are many people who don't have the income or ability to go on a vacation. Maybe that's why people in other countries think "Everybody" in America think we drive Cadillacs, live in mansions, and Vacation All the time! Journalists & "experts" use the term "Everyone" too much! I'm living on Disability, & BELOW Proverty, so Idon't have a Big Screen TV, Nor a Lavish Lifestyle, nor a pool, spa, gym, ETC. And No personal doctor or Health Plan like tou pundits like to make out "Everyone" in the U.S. has.

    we travel quit a bit and the jet lag has always put a strain on us.But your helpful tips should be a big help. There are some we have never heard of and it seems like they will help do the trick .Thank you Kathy
