    Are you joking? What working mom has time to do any of that? We get up at 5 am, take care of children (and aging parents), work from 8 am to 5 pm, then take care of children, home, aging parents, etc until midnight or 1 am. I just absolutely love "mom advice" from a man without a clue what we do because they are too busy relaxing after their work day or coming up with the "mom advice" no mom has time to read much less put into affect. TheN men get ticked because we are too tired to induldge their "wants and needs" - get real, stop writing advice and help a mom actually take a break!

    Yea this is true ive been execising daily and i try to eat the green veggies. but over all i fell alot better mentally and physicaly. And the main thing is to drink you water daily... brandon
