Dr. Mao, your water recommendations are mostly malarky. "Eight glasses a day" is an urban legend. For details, visit snopes.com or my healthy lifestyle blog: http://advancedmediterraneandiet.com/blog/?p=16. -Steve Parker, M.D.

Hello, for anyone out there looking to improve your health with a good quality product, no matter your age, please continue reading. The product I'm offering inludes 19 anti-oxident rich fruits gathered from the four corners of the world. The main berry and source or anti-oxidents is the acai berry, which has been called the "savior from the rainforest". The acai has only been available for the past few years, because of the care and preporation it requires to be exported. The acai far exceeds fruits such as blueberries and pomegranates in terms of anti oxidant capacity. Anti-oxidants will help slow the aging process. They will keep your skin tighter, and above all reduce free radicals throughout your body. Free radicals are what cause you to age and what can lead to disease. Your body is prone to free radicals naturally and even more are added by factors such as the sun, chemicals in the air, and even things you consume. Along with anit oxidants, this product contains glucosamine, which will help your joints as you age. Only 2, 2 ouce shots of my product is the anti oxident equivelant to about 13 servings of fruits. Aside from becoming healthier, having more energy, increase joint mobility and just enjoying life more, this could also be a solid buisness opportunity for you if you're interested. Weather you're only thinking about taking the juice, or are interested in selling a good quality product to others, please e-mail me with any questions or for more information at monavieseller@yahoo.com.

A few important things that I would like to mention that will help with Mom's Longevity: Always maintain a POSITIVE ATTITUDE, get sufficient sleep and it is okay to be a little selfish from time to time. We have to take care of our mental selves.

Hi, I think it is important that you have a topic on health of the environment. In particular, the health of our planet and the importance of clean water. Water sources from bottle water and recycled water from our tap water contain contaminants harmful to our health. Thanks for keeping readers informed! Sis

Im a working mom with a 16 and 13 year old. I find myself at a point in my life where excercising and drinking lots of water are key essentials in order to keep up with my two teenagers. Im starting to take one vitamin B12 shot through my med spa every month for extra energy. What are the pros and cons? question for anyone that can help with me.

Great health advice! And, the MOST beneficial food we consume will always be water which fully permeates our cells. We ARE what our bodies assimilate, and, only the highest quality water lets that happen. And for the best choice of water, look at companies involved with state-of-the-art nano technology and "customized, frequency injections"!
