A wonderful list, but missing one especially important component -- resolve to be kind to all of those you encounter, both colleagues, bosses, and those served. For one day, resolve not to say a single harmful or negative thing about anyone. Then do it for another day. This will transform your day, not only for yourself, but for everyone else around you.

Perfect except for the part of telling your employer no. THat's a good way to find yourself with all kinds of time to meditate and remove yourself from a paycheck. But the rest is spot on.

Great advise!!!!! I particularly found the first one to make so much sense now that the buzz word is "multitasking."

I think I would be fired or at least laughed at right around the time I asked for my tea break. I'm thinking about emailing this to everyone in the office for their comments. It sounds like great advice if you can get away with it!!

Enjoyed reading this good information even though I may have read it before, it's good to remind yourself of these suggestions. I want to know how to sit at a computer all day in a most healthy and comfortable way. I feel the back of my neck and upper back are starting to give me trouble because I slouch over to reach my keyboard instead of having it installed just at my lap area. Any suggestions would greatly be appreciated.
