    Yes I have been trying to loose wiet now i try to walk every day sometimes twice if the weather permits

    I tend to get my heart rate in the 150-175 range when I do cardio. Is this too high??

    If you had kept up with research you would know that people do not suffer from lactic acidosis, and lactic acid does not cause muscle soreness. This is a common misunderstanding about lacitc acid and how it affects muscles.

    Now they are blaming diet pop on the lazy people being obese. What's next. How about common sense and personal responsiblity and this doc who wrote and believes this article must be an airhead. Oh my god, I drank a diet pop now I must eat poorly. Yea right!!!! ss

    Interesting article. I think, for Americans anyway, more than 30 minutes 4+ days a week is required due to our horrible food and sedentary lifestyle. The first link was broken though.
