This all sounds well and good. I work nights however, and it is hard to create a quiet and cozy atmosphere sleeping during the day. Espically with lawnmowers running and sunlight creeping through the covers over the windows. Howzabout that Dr. Ni?

These are great hints. There is another article called, "Sleep Less Refresh More", by Shiv Jhawar on the Noble World Foundation website blog (www.nobleworld.org)that has also helped me a lot. He says its not the it is not the quantity (number of hours), but the quality of sleep that makes the biggest difference. And then goes on to give a technique to help get into the best sleep.
