OK, we all know soda isn't healthy, even diet soda. But he just said diet soda was full of sugar.
He also said to avoid the calories in sugar, use honey instead. ?! Sorry, but honey may be "natural" but it is every bit as much a sugar as the white crystalline stuff, and has just as many calories and, more importantly, just as much impact on blood sugar if not more. This guy seems really good for poorly written factoids.
