Get rid of this Dr. Mao boring old info. There must be a million articles a year on tea. I feel yahoo should have more up to date health tips. This ,Dr. Mao just gives info that`s repeated time after time year after year. A small cup or two of black coffee won`t hurt your health. I know people in there late 80`s and 90`s who drink coffee to . My opinion is exercise ,don`t smoke ,eat a variety of meat, fish ,vegetables and fruits. Plus ,a good plain lowfat yogurt every day . Don`t forget good sex at least twice a week, and help people as much as you can. Most importantly live as though you were dying as the song goes. Keep it real people, and Yahoo tell this Dr. Mao to get on the ball or replace him. Thanks

We (me & my Husband) recently stopped drinking all the soda and coffee and are now drinking tea all day. We have noticed a difference in ourselves due to the antioxidents. I enjoyed hearing what the other "types" of tea do for you. Plus don't forget..... if you don't like drinking hot tea, you can make a picture of hot tea and refridgerate it for cold tea and still have the same benefits.

Hello, I stopped drinking coffee over 20 years ago, I have a good hot cup of green tea every morning and have been feeling much better since. I can tell teh days that I don't drink it. I feel like something wasmissed that day. I get very sluggish by mid day so I fire up the tea kettle and make my day more better.

I thought this blog was beneficial because time after time we are consumed with advertisement that does not promote towards our health, either its soft drinks or beer etc etc. I think their needs to be more tea advertisements so people can understand that you can enjoy a sweet drink(with a little added sugar or honey of course) but still feel healthy and benefit your body's system.Love it Love it Love it.

Sure, tea is great. But seriously, folks, I'm not giving up my coffee. And I have found a fantastic method of greatly reducing both the acidity and caffeine content of coffee while improving its richness and smoothness. It's called cold brewing, and it is as simple as it sounds. Look for the Coffee Toddy on the web.

Just make sure you don't drink too much tea before bed, you could end up sleeping in your teapee!

If a male does not masturbate early in the morning it will allow him to suppliment his diet with either green or black tea, unsweetened of course.
