Why do you persist in bombarding us with such baloney? The Yahoo news frame only holds four stories, so why not make them significant articles?

The author unfairly criticizes coffee, which is a very powerful antioxidant in its own right. Coffee has been proven to reduce the risk of colorectal cancer and type 2 diabetes. I drink both tea and coffee, but more coffee given its health benefits and taste!

OK, we all know soda isn't healthy, even diet soda. But he just said diet soda was full of sugar. He also said to avoid the calories in sugar, use honey instead. ?! Sorry, but honey may be "natural" but it is every bit as much a sugar as the white crystalline stuff, and has just as many calories and, more importantly, just as much impact on blood sugar if not more. This guy seems really good for poorly written factoids.

My sister drinks nothing but tea. She just had her 90th birthday. I do believe tea is the best liquid to drink. Mary Mendel Indianapolis Ind.

Diet soda may not be the world's healthiest beverage, but I'm pretty sure it's not 'loaded with sugar'.

How does a little fat free milk in your tea minimize the health benifits?

What a self-serving article. The man promotes tea, then at the end wants us to buy tea from him and his book as well. Hucksterism at it's best! I'll stick to my coffee, which has MORE antioxidants than tea, I'll drink water, and continue to have a morning meal for energy, thank you.

We have been avid tea drinkers for years in our house. We prefer the loose leaf teas. I prefer King's Tea and Chrysanthemum. I, of course prefer the green teas, while my wife indulges in both black & green teas. Recently I have started drinking coffee in the mornings (I try to stick to De-caffeinated as much as possible), but everytime I read an article such as this I return to "having a cuppa' " in the mornings. Thanks for the reminder.
