Many people think that anything that has the words "green tea" on it is healthy for you. In fact, you have to drink about a quart of HIGH QUALITY WHOLE LEAF green tea a day to gain benefits. High quality green tea does not come in bags and it is very expensive.

I appreciate your Health Tips, Not only do I appreciate it but I recently started drinking tea in the morning instead of coffee. I cannot testify of all of your reports yet, but have felt a diffrence in my body. I would like to get a sample of the tea which help reduce diabetes if possible. Let me know whst it cost to obtain it. Thank you Charles 2906 12 Th.Avenue Los Angeles CA. 90018

This is a double pronged article having spiritual and social undertones. I wish the whole world could read and imbibe that altruism and tender loving care have positive impacts on longevity and wellbeingness for both the giver and the recipient. No wonder, doctors that take their time to professioally conduct physical examination on their patients have better results and cooperation as far as recovery and compliance respectively are concerned.
