    I'll have to try out some of these ideas. They sound like great advice. I generally like to eat well as much as I can and I try to buy as much organic food as possible, as they don't include pesticides and preservatives. These also weaken the immune system. I also switched to a whole food supplement instead of a multi-vitamin, and since I have, I've never felt better. My energy level has gone up and I sleep better at night.

    I agree with you by using natural remedies like the use of ginger tea for colds. I prefer trying the natural way first before taking those medications over the counter. I always read and find out first any contraindications and side effects of any medicine before taking it. Drinking ginger tea should accompany rest, sufficient sleep, and plenty of fluids to hasten the immune system back to normal.

    I take ZINC*(as suggested in the article) every day and havent had a bad cold nor flu in over 3 years!!! It works.. I take a higher dose than what is recommended in this article, but I swear by it as do all of my family and friends that I've told about it!

    Barley grass juice eliminates cold symptoms nearly 100%. All that's left is the memory that you have a cold. I have used it for over a decade and keep wondering why do so few people know about this? As always, you get best relief if you treat it early.

    Good Stuff! I currently have a cold so I will definitely have to look into some of these remedies as a natural way of getting better. I hate being sick!!!!

    What about honey? I find it to be helpful to take with or without lemon. Lemon juice and orange juice also are good to take when I feel a cold coming on. Thanks for the info.

    My roblem is during this weather , I feel gasy in my stomach . moreover I don't have a good looking faces even though . It seems like Ithe gas is pressurising me . Please advise. NB: My wife have problem in having to satisfactional moment . She always complain for pain in the vigina. Please advise and if possible some medication. She is Mrs. Dunyo.
