This sounds like a good recipe, but I would like to know more about the vitamin and mineral content. All it says is that it's good for you. I see a lot of foods that are claimed to be good for the body. I try to eat healthy as much as possible but I want to know why and how...Sidewinder

My wife is Asian and has been adding mushrooms to our meals for the past 40 + years. We are both approaching our 70's and in perfect health, full of energy and always on the go. Maybe there is something to this mushroom idea!

I don't have that too much interest in cooking but I think I will try your recipe. It sounds good but too much work involved. As a matter of fact I shall try it maybe today or tomorrow. Thank you.
