    Slouching not only makes you look older than you are, it also leads to a huge drop in energy by decreasing your oxygen intake. If the drop in energy were that pronounced then everyone would immediately notice and no one would slouch. Unless you can provide some actual evidence I would have to say this sounds really specious.

    So much "flush the toxins" b.s. And if slouching keeps you from getting enough respiration while at rest, you have very serious problems. Fix your diet, get out of your chair, and that's about it.

    No no no, you shouldn't be drinking 8 glasses of water a day, unless you're doing regular exercise. You drink when you're thirsty.

    I can tell you have not done much house keeping ... sweeping with a broom takes very little energy as compared to setting up and using a vacuum.... and a broom just stirs up dust and is worthless on a carpet...
