Christine, exercise is good for prevention; has it got a place in treatment? Joe

The best way to get your mind set to a exercise routine is to think of the Nike sign,"Just do it!"

It is very convincing and motivating. I personally, like to do exercise but share idleness is the hinderance. I must overcome it. Thank you very much. Rezaul.

My exercising has always been geared towards the lifestyle/diet commitment I have made--vegetarianism. It has given me good health and a great self-image. If you think this would work for you, check out my '100% meatless music' CD--18 tracks of humorous yet inspiring stuff--all homemeade and heartfelt. One of a kind @ www.vegantunes.com

To start the day , some stretching out of hands and legs, bending down to pick the socks from the floor and straightening up my body helps breath deeper. At least twice a day I go out of my flat. If the tram or train is about to leave I run in order not to miss it and I walk to the coffee shop or to do my daily shopping. At age 81 I feel fine. George

Suggestion: break down the 30 min...try only working out 10 mintues at a time 3 times day...that way it's not so overwhelming or tiringl.
