    I am 172cm tall while my weight is 71kg . I think I am a litter fat, and I am planning to lose some weight, maybe 65kg is ideal for me. Thanks for the advices.

    Good article but could you seperate weight loss regimes from diabetes control...I refer to persons whose weight is already (now) ideal.

    it is usefull and easy but i hope that it has been checked by a doctor before being presented .am not a doctor and need to trust what i read .

    This was a very helpful article. I did enjoy reading it. I usually do give my french fries to my husband when we are out, but I should order tomatos instead of fries...Thanks for listening.
