A few months ago my husband went to the doctor his blood sugar was through the roof. The doctor told him that if he did not get it down he would have to go on insulin. I heard about a supplement on Doug Kauffman’s show called Organic Cinnamon Extract at www.pionair.net . Since using the product my husband blood sugar has balanced out. It has lowered his bad cholesterol and regulated his metabolism.

Excellent information for self management of diabetics.Just realiazed I've missing out carrying out microalbumin test which I must immediately nclude in my routines. Does an AIC test of 7.6% really off the mark?

I have a lot of pain in my left foot (ball of the foot) right under the toes. It sometimes makes it painful to walk. Is this related to the diabetes?

Thank you for your article! these ABC's are great to remember to have checked. I'm a diabetic and I know these things have helped me to keep things under control. I need to check out the microalbumin test though. Thanks again for all of the info.
