That's cute, except that a woman who is experiencing such severe estrogen surges that she has a change in bra size and severe pain, is also at risk of breast cancer due to the estrogen surges. Doctors will tell her to ignore it, but that's inappropriate advice.

Don't tell women to "Wear a bra that fits properly." Tell them the truth that bras are resonsible for fibrocystic breasts and for breast cancer. The book "Dressed to Kill" by Sydney Ross Singer makes this clear. You say, "If you allow them to swing about, you're going to be experiencing some pain." This is utter nonsense. The pain is the result of habitual bra-wearing. Go without a bra for a couple of weeks and the breasts will heal and stop hurting no matter how much they swing. There are many references on the web which you can find using google. Start with http://susunweed.com/An_Article_fibrocystic-breast.htm

Speaking of women with a "heavy load up front," what do breasts tend to weigh? Guys will be guys, and while I prefer breasts in the "cupcake" to "orange" range, there's always some guy pointing out a pair of basketballs. My usual response is, "What do I look like? A weight-lifter?" But seriously, what kind of weight would we be talking about for say 34B's v. 38DD's?
