This so-called advance does not help women who are A cups to begin with. A lumpectomy for a small breasted woman can easily be tantamount to removing 1/3 of her breast. She needs an implant just to be restored to the her original state and maintain symmetry. To my knowledge, insurance companies will not pay for this at all, and yet they will now pay for larger-breasted women to have a reduction on the unaffected breast and achieve the same goal? I fail to see the fairness here, or the logic. Please do explain how this makes sense.

Hi, I would like to know your opinion about the fat- reduction or liposuction in the breast? Which consequences could it have related to breast cancer? I mean the cosmetic surgeries.....
