If you want the TRUTH about whay and how breast cancer rates shot thru the roof in th 60's and 70's - look no further thatn the 2 things that perhaps increase your risk greater than any other: Birth Control Pills (a gimmick, industry name for STEROIDS) - and having an abortion. Read the TRUTH from a brest cancer surgeon and Gynecologist: www.bcpinstitute.org The drug companies and their well paid media have kept you in the dark long enough !!

We can reduce the risk for our children and ourselves by breastfeeding. The longer women breastfeed the more protection they receive. Having been breastfed as a child may reduce breast cancer rates in women over 40 yrs by more than 25%. We will do ourselves and our babies a great favor by giving them the very best start in life - breastfeed!

Why are we not looking into the use of soy in much of our foods and supplements. It is not acceptable for estrogen receptive breast cancer and is also said to be a contrbutor to thyroid cancer. Check all your ingredient labels and you will see what I mean.!

well for this article, i have always ate a great diet, never smoked and also exercised, Iived a very healthy life so i thought until i was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer not only 1 time but 3 times, i also breast fed my children, and did not take birth control pills, the only thing i did after my hysterectomy in 83 i was on hormone pills for awhile and went off of them, I had the genetic test done and i was a factor in that one. So you can live a healthy life ect and you can even get this horrible disease. So i won't say the advice is wrong but i am a example of doing all things right and still get breast cancer.
