    thanks for the info. its my first time to hear that vitamin d is very useful to my body and and surprisingly it decrease the risk of breast cancer. unfortunately am not fond of exposing my body to sun because I don"t like to catch melasma but now that I knew he he I'd better get melasma than breast cancer. thanks so much for the information, more power & God bless!
