Diet and exercise are such a simple effective solution for helping prevent breast cancer and to reduce the risk of recurrence (and no side effects like drugs), but doctors never mention it. I had multiple surgeries and both breasts removed and none of the medical people ever mentioned exercise. Fortunately I have a personal trainer who is a physical therapist and she has recommended an exercise program (even during chemo) but changed them to a level that I could do even though my energy was zapped. It has made a huge difference in my recovery.

I found this to be not only helpful but it made me aware that I still have a chance if I will commit to excercise. Thank you.
