I don't know about any "machine that kills cancer", I do know when I did my on line research I went to what I considered reputable sources. Harvard medical school, Johns Hopkins, and here in Detroit the Karmanos institute. Also talking to your doctors (as for other sources) and friends in the medical field.

I usually go to the Mayo clinic site or WebMD or John Hopkins or other hospital sites for reliable information.
