I heard about Stormi being in rehab over the holidays. I hope she sticks with the program and comes out the other end a better woman. Let's all put her in our thoughts and prayers this season. Why not email her, I am sure she needs a friend.

I definately agree that keeping a journal works wonders.... its amazing what you will learn about yourself and how you truly feel and what you really believe when you write for yourself and noone else... its really eye opening and when you look back it tells a story and not just any story, YOURS.. and thats more important and more self fullfilling than readong someone elses life story!

I just started journaling last year and boy has it been eye opening. It gives me clarity and an opportunity to understand myself better as well as formulate new ideas. Journaling is highly personal, I don't share it with my spouse.

I think that journaling is a great way to release. I have been journaling since I was a little girl. I sometimes even journal on sticky notes when something runs across my brain that I want to leave on paper. Sometimes I journal just to be able to write down a thought that I might not feel that I am communicating effectively verbally. Journaling really helps me think before I speak.
